Job Role:

- Dataflow Group is looking at strategic partnerships and acquisitions as the key to unlocking its next phase of growth. Towards this, we are creating an in-house M&A team that will scout the global market for strategic opportunities, conduct due diligence and take end to end responsibility for deal structuring and closure. The incumbent will work with CXOs and external partners - in a high visibility/ high impact role!

This is a mid-career role - we are looking for candidates with 3-7 years of post education experience in consulting or investment banking - specifically related to M&A. International experience/ knowledge of global markets and a strong personal network will be valuable

Skills to have!

- MBA/ CA educational background is preferred - though we are open to candidates with the right mix of skills and experience.

Required Skills and Core Competencies:

- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling

- Familiarity and experience with valuation methods

- Experience and understanding of due diligence process

- High degree of ownership and drive

- Proven track record of successful deal closures

- Ability to multitask & handle multiple assignments at the same time

- Strategic thinking

- Growth mindset

Required Technical Skills:

- Due Diligence: Financial and strategic : Ability to understand, assimilate and analyze data to complete time bound due diligence exercises

- Created detailed valuation models using all applicable methods like DCF, multiples etc.

- Influence senior stakeholders with carefully crafted reports and presentations

- Eye for detail and analytical work

- Good communication skills and ability to work with external partners

Qualifications:

- MBA, CA, CFA charterholder

- 3-7 years of work experience

- Demonstrated experience in deal closures and career progression

- Experience in big 4/ strategy at startups - preferred
