Aggregate Intelligence - Database Engineer - T-SQL (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- Develop high-quality database solutions

- Develop, implement and optimize Stored Procedures and functions using T-SQL

- Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming, PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server

- Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements

- Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables

- Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and develop procedures and scripts for data migration

- Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements; Ability to write and optimize in-application SQL statements

- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and SQL Server Integration Services

- Familiarity with MySQL is an added advantage

- Create SQL Jobs for application requirements

- Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.

- Provide timely scheduled management reporting; Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases

- Investigate exceptions with regard to asset movements
