Job Description :

As a PostgreSQL DBA, you will :

- Monitor, manage, and maintain mission-critical 24x7 production databases

- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of PostgreSQL databases

- Implement high-availability solutions and set up robust database security protocols.

- Optimize database resources and ensure seamless operations.

- Oversee all backup, recovery, and Point-In-Time Recovery (PITR) processes

- Work on database clusters, replication, and upgrades across PostgreSQL versions

- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline database operations.

- Tune SQL queries for peak performance

- Utilize your hands-on expertise in Shell scripting to enhance automation

We need someone with :

- 3 to 5 years of PostgreSQL DBA experience in dynamic environments.

- A strong understanding of database architecture, high availability, and security

- Proficiency in Shell scripting and SQL query optimization
