The Practice A Brief Sketch
The practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing, Sales and Service, Commerce. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting business metrics in a positive manner.
Martech Manager is a mid-level position within the Marketing Transformation offering of S&C GN Song.
The key responsibilities will include the following:
Conduct MarTech/ AdTech capability assessment and provide recommendations on optimizing the MarTech/ AdTech stack (incl. Gen AI capabilities) and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing MarTech/ AdTech stack.Plan and design Martech and AdTech solution/ Architecture/vision/ roadmap, solution architecture for our clients.Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions/ tools.Conduct vendor assessment. Research, evaluate and recommend new MarTech /AdTech systems and suppliers. Keep a holistic understanding of existing and upcoming MarTech/AdTech platforms and how they connect into the broader marketing technology landscape.Identify, scope and partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients.Work with technology teams to orchestrate and implement integrations (including API based integrations) b/w tools/platforms of different vendors.Understand and convey the impact of regulations like CCPA and GDPR on marketing channels.Strong project management skills:ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects.Develop and manage a team of digital marketing platform specialists by managing key tasks like work allocation, time management, project SME support, hiring, training etc.Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the digital marketing platform space.Other skills

Qualifications

MBA from a tier 1 institute with a degree in marketing, economicsProven working experience (8+ Years) in digital marketing/Advertising platforms and in delivering marketing solutions, particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare, Financial services etc.)Strong understanding of marketing (Incl. Data, content, mktg. automation, campaign performance management, Personalization, analytics etc.) advertising technologies (with hands on experience) and ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers.Understanding of GEN AI application to Marketing/ MarTech use cases.Experience in Implementation of MarTech platforms and experience of AdTech platforms, Data visualization platforms, CDPs and Cloud Platforms. Understand cross functional collaboration, vendor management, data governance, IT security, legal aspect of these implementations.Deliver and execute on functional & technical design solutions, customizing where required, using either or combination of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud or Google marketing platform etc.Preferrable:Experience in ad tech, with a strong focus on cross device and omnichannel consumer experience, paid and owned media platform integrations, campaign tracking & attribution tools. knowledge of Firebase and AppsFlyer also beneficial. Working knowledge of ad serving tools, programmatic channelsStrong understanding of data structures and hands on experience on multiple Mar-tech/ AdTech tools such as Adobe campaign/ AJO, Marketo, CDPs, Adobe Experience Cloud, Pega decisioning, SFMC, tag management platforms - GTM, Launch, Tealium etc., DMPs, cloud computing platforms (especially for data warehousing and ETL), Ads data hub.Preferrable:Experience working with Ads data hub, ad platforms and their API' s i.e. Google API, Facebook conversion API etc.knowledge of website/app and marketing analytics tools & their implementations /integration with remaining MarTech/AdTech stack (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Firebase etc.), supporting attribution modeling or/and media mix modelling (MMM) and on data collection.
