VFS Data Specialist - L2

Requirements:

Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in the software development / ETL development / Data engineering role. Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or computer related field. Project development experience in any programming language. Good Understanding of Database concepts with SQL. OOPS concepts, Data Structures and Operating System Understanding Good communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills Basic Working knowledge with Linux / Unix Environment.

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes. Developing the ETL or data pipelines with the help of programming language and internal technologies. • Work with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements. This includes understanding the business goals for the data pipelines, the data that is needed to achieve those goals, and the quality requirements for the data. • Maintain and improve ETL processes. This includes keeping the data pipelines up-to-date with changes to the data sources, the target system, or the business requirements. • Document ETL processes. This includes creating documentation that describes the ETL processes, the data sources, the target system, and the business requirements.
