Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models and AI-driven solutions while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. If you have expertise in leveraging Gen AI technologies to solve complex business challenges, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize Generative AI models for diverse business applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems).

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Build and deploy machine learning pipelines using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies, including GPT, Transformers, Stable Diffusion, and similar models.

- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Gen AI, including fine-tuning pre-trained models for specific use cases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into existing systems or products.

- Evaluate the performance of models and optimize them for scalability, efficiency, and robustness.

- Lead or contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, whitepapers, or patents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4-15 years of experience in Data Science and AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI.

- Proven hands-on experience with frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, including transformers, GANs, and autoencoders.

- Experience in building and fine-tuning LLMs (Large Language Models) and working with pretrained models like GPT, BERT, DALL-E, etc.

- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large-scale datasets.

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying ML models in production environments.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices for CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience translating business requirements into AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, and related fields.

- Knowledge of Big Data tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.

- Exposure to Reinforcement Learning (RL) and AI Ethics.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in reputable journals.
