Job Location : Bangalore (Hybrid).

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days strictly.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Extract, clean, and transform large and complex datasets (including healthcare claims data) for analysis.

- Perform data quality checks and handle missing data effectively.

- Engineer new features and create data visualizations to gain insights.

- Develop and implement a range of statistical models, including : Predictive Modeling: Regression, classification (logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, etc.), time series forecasting.

- Customer Analytics : Customer segmentation, churn prediction, customer lifetime value (CLTV) analysis.

- MMX/Statistical Modeling : Expertise in model development, response curve analysis, and optimization within this domain.

- Apply AI/ML techniques, such as mixed linear models, deep learning, and natural language processing, to address complex business problems.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve model accuracy.

- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies.

- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to implement data-driven solutions.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and healthcare analytics.

- Conduct research and explore new methodologies to improve the effectiveness of data-driven decision making.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Essential for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.

- Provides additional flexibility and a wider range of statistical and machine learning libraries.

- Proven experience in model development, response curve analysis, and optimization within this domain.

- Familiarity with healthcare data, particularly claims data, is highly preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, time series analysis, and survival analysis.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning methods.

- Ability to effectively communicate data insights through visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical 1 audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify and address challenges.
