Data Scientist II - Algorithm Implementation (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and implement sophisticated algorithms to address healthcare-specific problems, utilizing machine learning, statistical analysis, and deep learning.

- Engage in the continuous creation of case studies and publications using acquired health datasets to showcase insights and innovations.

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to extract actionable feedback from data analysis, enabling iterative improvements in our offerings.

- Optimize and upgrade existing data pipelines and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.

- Ensure that all algorithms, tools, and processes meet or exceed business performance requirements.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and healthcare analytics, ensuring our software stack and methodologies are cutting-edge.

Requirements :

- Experience : 3+ years of relevant work experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields.

Technical Skills :

- Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning.

- Proficiency in scripting and programming with Python (preferred), Julia, or R.

- Experience with time series data analysis and modeling.

- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.

- Analytical Skills : Excellent data communication skills, sharp analytical abilities, and proven problem-solving skills.

- Critical Thinking : Ability to critically evaluate current systems, identify limitations, and propose robust solutions.

Bonus Skills :

- Knowledge in Digital Signal Processing (DSP).

- Proven expertise in solving complex problems, evidenced by case studies, publications, or patents.

- Experience working with healthcare data, understanding the nuances of medical datasets and compliance
