Data Science Manager - GenAI

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Manager to lead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, NLP, and deep learning models and be passionate about driving innovation through AI-powered applications. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to guide teams in building cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to develop and deploy Generative AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLMs (Large Language Models), transformers, and deep learning architectures for various business use cases.
• Work with NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI to build state-of-the-art applications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and integrate solutions into products.
• Optimize and fine-tune pre-trained models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.) for specific business applications.
• Develop AI pipelines and MLOps strategies for scalable model deployment.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, fairness, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Stay ahead of advancements in Generative AI, deep learning, and emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, deep learning, and NLP.
• Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone), embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Strong understanding of model optimization, fine-tuning, and inference techniques.
• Leadership experience in managing AI teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
