Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Surgery Coder
- Graduate in Life sciences is a must.
- Must have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Surgery coding
(CPT along with ASA, modifiers). - In-Depth knowledge of Coding Procedures (CPT) across all ranges
- Have an active coding certification (AHIMA, AAPC).
- Good knowledge of medical coding and billing guidelines.
- Good Knowledge in Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in Surgery coding.
- Good communication both written and verbal.
