As a Senior Consultant, candidate should have expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle CRM Modules (Oracle Teleservice, Oracle Field Service, Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Depot Repair, oracle Quoting ,). The role requires to be part of EBS Upgrade project to lead CRM track for discovery sessions, client interactions, Setups, solution design , functional and regression testing.
Responsibilities:
Should be part of the discovery, design, and delivery phases of implementation or upgrade projects.
Interact with the client representatives to review the AS-IS business processes and propose any impact on EBS version upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2 solutions from a CRM functional standpoint.
Should be able to conduct CRPs to demonstrate the product functionality with respect to functional requirements.
Work closely with customers and internal team on day-to-day issue resolution.
Work with clients to gather business requirements and translate those needs into solutions.
Understand current design, setup and perform functional testing
Translation of business requirements into functional design and specification for any gaps.
Manage your track/workstream independently, interact with clients, conduct requirements and training sessions, etc.
Fully configure the Oracle modules in Oracle CRM track/workstream
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant Oracle EBS (R12.1.X/R12.2.X) Functional experience in CRM modules.
Experience in implementation and upgrade projects.
