Reporting to the Real World Data (RWD) Data Science Manager, you will be an influential member of an Agile development team.

As a Data Analyst, you will have a direct impact on the business by deriving insights from Data and ensuring the quality, usability, and security of Sanofis data.

Primary Responsibilities.

Develop detailed knowledge of Sanofis data, data flows, and processes.

Perform data analysis and provide input to solution design and architecture to ensure the solution meets requirements.

Extract, aggregate, manipulate, categorize, clean, and transform data associated within an identified problem space.

Perform exploratory data analysis.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Gather requirements needed to sustainably implement data management standards.

Partner with the Product Owner, Data scientists and developers on the team to drive innovation.

Recommend KPIs and develop reports to monitor adoption of and adherence to data management standards.

Participate in testing activities to ensure data integrations are properly implemented.

Qualifications.

About you.

3+ years of experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and automation of analytical processes.

Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, business, finance, engineering, or similar quantitative field of study.

Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and data profiling via statistical methods.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data querying languages (SQL) and data science frameworksprogramming languages (Python).

Strong willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies.

Ability to understand business context to translate into actionable analysis and formulate a data analysis plan.

Experience with healthcare or life sciences data sources a BIG plus.

Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, a plus.
