Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop detailed knowledge of Sanofi s data, data flows, and processes
- Perform data analysis and provide input to solution design and architecture to ensure the solution meets requirements
- Extract, aggregate, manipulate, categorize, clean, and transform data associated within an identified problem space
- Perform exploratory data analysis
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Gather requirements needed to sustainably implement data management standards
- Partner with the Product Owner, Data scientists and developers on the team to drive innovation
- Recommend KPIs and develop reports to monitor adoption of and adherence to data management standards
- Participate in testing activities to ensure data integrations are properly implemented
About you
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and automation of analytical processes
- B achelor s degree in computer science, mathematics, business, finance , engineering, or similar quantitative field of study
- Strong understanding of databases , data structures , and data profiling via statistical methods
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data querying languages ( SQL ) and data science frameworks programming languages (Python)
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies
- Ability to understand business context to translate into actionable analysis and formulate a data analysis plan
- Experience with healthcare or life sciences data sources a BIG plus
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as PowerBI , a plus
