Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join a group of professionals who are participating in the exciting phase of revolutionizing Analytics for Consulting Business Unit. This role is pivotal in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data solutions

Conduct in-depth data analysis primarily to extract meaningful insights from various data sources using SQL.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
Understand business stakeholders objectives, metrics that are most important to them, and how they measure performance
Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata.
Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
Communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify patterns and trends in user data to uncover opportunities
Share knowledge and skills with your teammates to grow analytics impact on Gartner Consulting

What you will do:

What you will need:

3+ years of analytical experience in Data and Analytics: Building complex queries in SQL and conducting Data Analysis.
Graduate or equivalent level qualification, preferably in a related discipline; masters degree preferred
Proven experience in data modeling, with a minimum of 3 years working with dimensional data models.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering insights.
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake is a plus.
Experience in Python is a plus.
Experience working with Power BI is preferred but not required
Solid written and verbal communication skills and knowledge to build strong relationships and influence across Consulting
Proven ability to solve complex problems and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Proficient in navigating fast-paced, technically demanding, and goal-oriented work environments.
