Order Management Specialist, Business Administration Processing Services (BAPS)

This position is based in Hinjewadi, Pune-India and the candidate will have a global exposure of working with world class professionals from all geographies to deliver exceptional service delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze Purchase Orders coming from Resellers or Sales teams according to DS policy and make the decision to approve or reject
• Check the creditworthiness of the customers
• Review agreements in line with Legal and DS requirements
• Determine and validate what needs exist for License Keys
• Identify and approve what needs exist for Media Shipments as per process
• Create specific Orders to maintain software installed base quality and integrity (Termination or transfer of license, change in reseller and / or sales channel)
• Audit samples of Purchased Orders automatically approved in the system to maintain quality of submissions made by eligible resellers and customers
• Deliver in time and according to agreed SLA quality and efficiency requirements
• Familiarize the team with the latest process update and changes, team and individual targets
• Identify and contribute towards process improvement ideas,

Skills required

• Strong in quote to cash domain preferably in Order Management/Customer Data Management profile and excellent in customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (all levels) is a must.
• Understanding DASSAULT SYSTEMES business and what it means to work for its brand.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills; keen learner; good team player with positive attitude.
• Structured, disciplined and flexible approach towards work
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with solution finding approach
• Able to work in cross functional and culturally different environments
• Able to maintain high quality in all deliverables and according to the operating principles.
• Able to drive quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Business / finance
• 2 to 4 years of experience in order to cash domain preferably in Order Management or Customer data management streamsRole & responsibilities
