Executive/Officer- IT Hardware & Networking

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person visits.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage IT service requests via ticketing tools like ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

Job Requirements :
Strong knowledge of desktop troubleshooting techniques for common issues such as Outlook configuration, printer setup, etc.
Proficiency in using ticketing tools like ServiceNow or similar platforms for managing IT service requests.
Excellent communication skills with ability to provide clear instructions over phone/email/in-person conversations.
