Sales Executive - Night Shift (Gurugram Location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients in the US market.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
• Identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in English or Management & Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales and handling US clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
