Job Description: Manager - Head HORECA Sales


Location: Delhi NCR

Role Summary

The Manager - Head HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) Sales will lead and drive the company's sales initiatives in the HORECA sector. The role involves strategizing, planning, and executing sales plans

to achieve revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with key

clients in the HORECA industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the HORECA channel to

achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets within the HORECA sector.

2. Sales Execution

  • Drive sales by identifying and closing business deals with key HORECA clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts effectively.

3. Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the HORECA sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

4. Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of customer

satisfaction.

5. Market Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify growth

opportunities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management for product and service

improvements.

6. Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
  • Monitor and track KPIs to measure the success of the sales strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 810 years in sales, with at least 5 years in the HORECA sector in a

managerial role.

  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.

  • Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, products, and industry dynamics.
