Search open listings to find properties.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Should have prior experience of sourcing Residential, Commercial and Retails property.
Get inquiry for redevelopment projects via newspaper / brokers / channel partners/etc.
Having thorough knowledge of checking Feasibilities / FSI working / DCPR working.
Recruiting, Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of targets.
To suggest strategies for pricing and marketing and develop the business plan.
Maintaining contacts with Real Estate Players/Agents/Developers/PMCs for updates on market situations that might affect timely completion of projects and its cost implications.
Guiding in Tender/Proposals. Analyzing feasibility report of projects.
Monitor the follow ups with Society/PMC/Architects/Legal consultants.
Ensure team members communicate on the status of the project every 15 days to the society.
Checking with the PMC for the facts which are given in the tender and accordingly work out the proposal.
Liaisoning with government agencies.
Monitor regular feeding of data/updates in the software related to meetings / follow-up / paperwork / reminders.
Prepare Project Analysis Report.
Conduct regular department meetings. To report on day to day basis to Director.
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
