Job Description
Job Title: Accounts & Admin Incharge
Location: Mumbai
- Take care of all task of Namita Nivalkar in her absence Check what she’s doing!
- Resolving issue face in daily activity and supervising Namita’s daily task.
- Monitoring bank balance and informing senior to keep sufficient balance in current account
- QC for all task of Baleno India
- Finalization of vendor ledger
- Generating purchase sales and GST report for Baleno India
- QC for all tickets issued for Baleno Italy
- Registering debit note in Omnia for Baleno Italy
- Finalization of ticket issued report for Baleno Italy
- Confirming vessel wise balances with Sirius office
- Follow-up with client for payment
- Communicating with Bank/IATA
- ADHOC reporting
- Knowledge of CashX (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Tally Compulsory
- Knowledge of Tour Operator Business
- Knowledge of TDS, GST Mandatory
- Knowledge of Accounting Entries
- Knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts
