Project Manager - Jira/Agile (2-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Strategic Project Leadership :

- Lead, plan, and support the delivery of programs and projects, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall frameworks to optimize project lifecycles and achieve strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.), fostering open communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Agile Champion :

- Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive team collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-performing Agile practices.

Project Management Expertise :

- Maintain project management tools like JIRA/MPP for effective task tracking, prioritization, and assignment.

- Monitor progress against deadlines and manage scope changes proactively.

Scrum Mastery :

- Leverage the Scrum framework effectively, including events and artifacts (Sprints, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective) to maximize team performance and deliver high-quality results.

Client Communication :

- Provide regular status updates (weekly reports recommended) to clients, ensuring transparency and addressing concerns promptly.

Program Management Best Practices :

- Implement strong program management practices for successful project execution, including risk management, efficient resource allocation, and oversight of project financials for on-time, on-budget delivery.

Technical Skills & Requirements (Bonus Points) :

Project Management Tools :

- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Agile Methodologies :

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in project delivery.

Waterfall Methodology :

- Experience with Waterfall methodology and its key phases for traditional project management.

Reporting & Communication :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear reports and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
