Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual merchandising, branding, and graphic design, with the ability to create compelling and high-quality visuals across various platforms. The role will require expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Canva, as well as a willingness to explore new AI tools and motion graphics. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for executing creative strategies and producing assets for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, and various marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Merchandising: Create and execute visually engaging displays and designs to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Mood Board Design: Design creative mood boards for social media campaigns, websites, and other marketing materials that reflect the brands aesthetic and vision.
• Brand Concept Design: Develop and implement innovative concepts for the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Packaging and Label Design: Work on designing visually appealing packaging and labels that align with the brands identity and stand out on shelves.
• Catalogue Design: Create and maintain brand and company catalogs that accurately represent the products and services offered.
• E-commerce Design: Develop compelling infographics and A+ content for product listings on e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and others.
• Website Graphics: Lead end-to-end graphic design for the companys website, including banners, icons, and overall visual layout.
• Motion Graphics: Learn and apply motion graphics techniques to enhance multimedia content for social media and website use.
• UI/UX Design: Stay up to date with trends in UI/UX design, contributing ideas and collaborating on user interface and user experience projects.
• Social Media Content Creation: Generate high-quality creatives for social media platforms that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Advertising Asset Creation: Design graphics and videos for various advertising assets required for paid campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and engaging.
• Exhibition Assets: Design and develop assets for physical and virtual exhibitions that effectively represent the companys products and brand.
• AI Tools Research: Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI tools for graphic creation, experimenting and implementing new technologies where appropriate.
• Leadership in Graphic Development: Take the lead on new graphic development initiatives, driving creativity, innovation, and design excellence across all touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Canva.
• Experience with visual merchandising and designing for multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and social media content creation.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A passion for design and a strong desire to learn and evolve with new trends and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in video editing and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Knowledge of photography and product styling.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce, branding, or a related industry.
