Job Description
Lead the design and development of complex mold for new product & modifications if required
Oversee prototyping and testing to ensure tools meet product specifications and manufacturability standards.
Optimize tool designs to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and production teams to integrate tooling into new products.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing technical expertise and support.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and revisions.
Troubleshoot and support production teams in resolving tooling-related issues during manufacturing.
Draft clear, professional emails for communication regarding project updates, issues, and coordination.
Provide regular, accurate reports on project progress, issues, and timelines to senior management.
