Mechanical Inspector - Technical Cell, Umrongso - Assam

Ideal Candidate Profile: Candidate's with diploma / bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably having experience of Mechanical Maintenance in Cement Industry with minimum 3 years of experience may apply.

Job Description:

• Conduct mechanical inspections on Plant machinery and equipments to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations
• Perform tests and measurements on mechanical components to evaluate performance and diagnose mechanical problems
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Create inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspections
• Communicate findings and recommendations to Technical Cell Head and maintenance teams, and follow-up for closure
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and best practices to improve the quality of inspections and testing.
• Support in planning and developing preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and longevity of plant equipment's
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
