Job Description
- Financial Target revenue growth through delivery of superior product quality Identify gaps and introduce/better the existing quality systems Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to knowledge capital Utilize industry and market benchmarks to develop innovative new practices, policies and procedures for HR service center operations to deliver as per quality parameters Take initiatives to drive growth for DBSIL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization 2
- Customer Engage consumers to experience first-hand any usability issues and better understand consumer needs which will be insightful in establishing quality standards within the business
- Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders Responsible for addressing any quality related complaint of the customer and ensure resolution of the same within the set timelines 3
- Operations Monitor critical aspects of product quality to ensure that execution effectiveness, quality parameters and timelines meet plans and ensure implementation of corrective action to address deviations from plan
- Ensure optimum resource utilization and resolve instances of short staffing if required Manage corrective action as well as preventative action, but with emphasis on root cause analysis to ensure that product issues are deterred from recurring once they are resolved Identify process improvement opportunities, define metrics and reporting and provide overall assessment of services delivered Monitor and audit the shortcomings or gaps and take remedial action as required Oversee the delivery and maintenance of automated scenarios and frameworks based on industry best practices
- Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams Assure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization 4
- Self/ Team Development Provide safety training and ensure that all safety protocols are in place Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs Recommend training as required for team s development Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees
