Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by C.O.O.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by executives.
  
• Act as 'follow-up Manager' across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.

• Handle correspondence (email, phone calls) on behalf of the executive team.
  
• Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders using MS Office tools like PowerPoint.
  
• Maintain accurate records of meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.

• Plan and maintain C.O.O.'s calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organize and set agendas and action points for all his meetings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to draft letters and prepare presentations.
