Executives/Associates GST Litigation & Advisory

Qualification:

B com, CA dropouts, or qualified LLB with GST litigation exposure

Key Skills:

• Excellent Communication and Drafting Skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indirect Tax laws.
• Strong Analytical and researching skills

Experience:

• 1-2 years in Indirect tax in the field of litigation
• Assisting the client during the course of search, investigation and department audits.
• Preparing reply to Show cause notice
• Meeting with the tax officers for attending Personal Hearings (PH)
• Preparing tax appeals to be filed with First and Second Appellate Authority

Job Profile:

• Assisting the client in responding to the department during the course of inquiry, investigation, and audit.
• Preparing replies to Show cause notice/audit replies.
• Meeting with the tax officers for hearing as and when required
• Preparing tax appeals to be filed at the First and Second Appellate level
• Assisting seniors for representation before various judicial forums.
• Comprehensive research on various topics.
• Stays abreast with the latest developments in the tax and other laws.
• Contributes to the knowledge management activities of the firm.
