Job Summary:

The HR Executive will support HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and payroll functions, ensuring efficient recruitment processes, compliance with payroll and Provident Fund (PF) regulations, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and development programs.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PF and statutory regulations.
• Lead recruitment efforts across all levels, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and promote employer branding.
• Support retention strategies and career development initiatives.
