Coordinate with the IP OEM for preparing and modifying MOPs (Method of Procedure) as required. Handle testing of new network services in collaboration with controllers and developers. Govern weekly/monthly internal cross-functional calls. Track bugs/issues for developers.

Capture requirements from developers/product managers. Deep understanding of Ethernet/MPLS technology L2 VPN and L3 VPN services design (VPWS, VPLS, EVPN, IES, VPRN, Internet services). Hands-on experience with Ethernet/MPLS technology (LDP, RSVP, Segment Routing, T-LDP, SR-OS, BGP). Understand and test integration with OSS/BSS.

Hands-on experience with Nokia devices (IXR/SR-2s series). Follow testing team process flows. Key Accountabilities/KPIs:. Vendor SLA management.

Understand business requirements and deploy network. Document testing processes. Prepare and execute processes with various cross-functional teams.
