We are a fast-growing omnichannel jewellery brand catering to Gen Z and Millennial women in urban India. Our jewellery blends chic, contemporary designs with affordability, making it the perfect choice for todays style-conscious, tech-savvy audience.


Role Overview:


We are looking for a creative and results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in technical SEO, performance marketing on Google and Meta platforms, and a strong understanding of the preferences and online behavior of Gen Z and Millennials in India.


Key Responsibilities


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):


  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy to boost organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions, tailored to a Gen Z and Millennial audience.

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking.

  • Perform in-depth technical SEO audits to resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and page speed.

  • Ensure the website complies with the latest technical SEO standards, including mobile optimization, structured data, canonicalization, and hreflang implementation.

  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in the website design and updates.

  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and demonstrating proven results.

Performance Marketing:


  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), targeting Gen Z and Millennial audiences.

  • Develop audience segmentation strategies, including interest-based, retargeting, and lookalike audiences, to maximize campaign efficiency.

  • Use engaging ad formats such as carousels, reels, and videos to capture attention and drive engagement.

  • Allocate budgets effectively across platforms and campaigns to achieve business objectives, including ROAS and CAC targets.

  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations for continuous improvement.

Cross-Channel Synergy:


  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to craft campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial customers.

  • Coordinate with retail teams to drive footfall through location-based and omnichannel campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:


  • Set up and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance, SEO metrics, and KPIs. •

  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign performance and SEO analytics.

  • Share weekly and monthly performance reports with clear trends and optimization strategies.

Industry Trends & Innovations:


  • Stay updated with digital marketing, SEO, and social media trends popular among Gen Z and Millennials.

  • Experiment with new tools, formats, and ad placements to keep campaigns innovative and fresh.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

  • 4-6 years of experience in SEO and performance marketing, with proven results in improving organic search performance and paid campaigns.

  • Expertise in technical SEO, including fixing complex issues and improving site performance.

  • Proven success in managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns for ROAS and customer acquisition.

  • Strong understanding of Gen Z and Millennial preferences, behaviors, and digital consumption patterns.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

  • Familiarity with managing product feeds for Google Shopping and e-commerce SEO strategies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in the jewellery or fashion industry is a plus.
