Role & responsibilities :

1. Maintain online listings on website and marketplaces with product data accuracy.
2. Taking ownership and managing all digital content on all online channels, ensuring everything is uploaded and merchandised on time.
3. Updating Product Imagery.
4. Keeping the stock levels and prices updated on all the online marketplaces and website.
5. Ensuring timely setup of new/seasonal products and managing day-to-day maintenance of product catalogue
6. Resolving all issues related to the online marketplaces catalogue including suppressed,
blocked, or problems related to product data accuracy.
7. Responsible for ensuring incident reports and support tickets in relation to the product listings are resolved whilst proactively reducing the overall percentage across marketplaces.

Preferred candidate profile :

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience on Magento CatLog Management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Amazon Seller Central and their product listing policies.
• In depth knowledge and understanding of Jewellery.
• Skilled in handling many assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Efficient with spreadsheets, manipulating data, and reviewing results.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) Preferred Skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Magento e-commerce platform.
• Experienced with ERP systems, task management systems, database management.
• Experience with Amazon, and other marketplaces.
