Back-End Developer (2years+ experience)

About the role:

• Develop, test, and maintain server-side logic and databases for a trading application in Golang for mobile and web.
• Collaborate with the front-end team to develop required APIs, maintain them, and upgrade them as and when required by the product.
• Build/run processes on AWS services in the most economical and efficient way.
• Reusable and modular code over a simple working code anytime.
• Examples of projects you might work on: 1. Building sub-microsecond latency systems for exchange-related interactions. 2. Deploying and managing high-availability PostgreSQL clusters.

Role & responsibilities:

• Craft clean, manageable, scalable code and maintain proper documentation.
• Create, test, and deploy the applications on production servers.
• Take complete ownership of the problem statement you're working on while keeping the stakeholders updated about the progress and maintaining timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

You'll be a great fit if:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in building a SAAS product.
• You have worked on Go and worked with PostgreSQL and the like.
• Have experience in hosting applications on AWS or any other cloud platform.
• We love people who take ownership and are resourceful, bonus points if you can prove this during the hiring process!!
• Strong communication skills, we strongly believe in If youre not able to explain something in simple language, you don't fully understand it. Nice to have skills:

Hiring Process:

● Round 1

o This will be a resume shortlisting round; well be reaching out to the shortlisted applicants within a week of applying.

● Round 2

o This will be a short assignment round that would not take more than 45 minutes to complete. o This will test your detail-oriented thinking, research skills (youre free to use ChatGPT)and your learning speed.

● Round 3

o Everyone who passes the 80% score in the assignment would be invited to an interview with one of our founders and the engineering team.

o Well have a technical round and a short discussion regarding culture fit and communication in the end of this round.
