Role & responsibilities

• To recruit new employees as and when required.
• To prepare the payrolls monthly.
• To ensure team building activities in the company.
• To draft and execute Employment/ Contractual agreements with Employees, Interns and Consultants.
• To develop team building activities in the firm and celebrate staff achievements.
• To ensure discipline in the firm.
• To carry out concierge duties with respect to the firm/director events.
• To carry out training programmers for new recruits.
• To carry out communication with Clientele and outstanding follow-up.

To facilitate in the administration of the firm and company.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word).
• Proven experience as an HR specialist or generalist.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field/ Any graduate..
