The FP&A Operations Manager, Operations for Cytiva is responsible to lead Global Supply Chian FP&A CoE and deliver finance process activities including Budget, Forecast, closing, actuals reporting, various ad-hoc analysis by partnering with stakeholders in Finance, FP&A.

This position is part of the global India Finance COE located in Bangalore and will be on-site (working hours from 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM). At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Lead team of seven, CoE support to supply chain organization
• Deliver finance process closely working with Plant controllers, OpCo FP&A and supply chain FP&A.
• Lead financial activities for Budget, forecast, books closing, actuals reporting
• Maintain financials outlook, Bowler, score cards, trackers etc.
• Report weekly operating rhythms like; headcount, Absorption
• Standard cost setup support and point of contact for cost center management
• Provide financial data to finance and operating teams in effort to drive growth.
• Consolidating actual operating performance and reporting results
• Drive simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis.
• People leader: setting up goals, annual performance review, resource growth plan, manage feedback, hiring talents, control attrition.

Who you are:

• Bachelor s degree /MBA in finance and Accounting/CA/ICWA with 12-15 years of experience in an accounting/finance position.
• Knowledge & experience of FP&A; Previously worked in a global business environment with experience of global processes.
• Proficient in Excel, managing large data set
• Experience of ERP / BI tool usage, for example Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Qlik.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strong analytical skills: able to analyze large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, link financial results to operational performance and distil them into insightful analysis.
• Process improvement initiatives.
• Working in ambiguous situations: adaptable & open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances.
• Prior experience in leading team (3-4 yrs as people manager)
