Executive - Marketing (0-2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote steel products.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

- Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional activities.

- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance market presence.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and aftersales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in marketing or sales (experience in the steel industry is a plus).

- Experience in B2B marketing or industrial sales.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with steel products, grades, and applications.

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Willingness to travel is required.
