Operator - Production

Equipment Operation : Operating machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to facilitate the manufacturing process. Process Monitoring : Monitoring equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and adjusting settings as needed to maintain production efficiency. Quality Control : Inspecting finished products for quality defects and inconsistencies, adhering to quality standards and making adjustments to rectify issues. Maintenance Tasks : Conducting routine maintenance checks on machinery, performing minor repairs, and reporting major issues to maintenance teams. Safety Compliance : Adhering to safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe working environment. Documentation : Recording production data, equipment performance, and any issues encountered during the production process. Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent : Some roles may require technical certifications or vocational training in machine operation or manufacturing processes. Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of machinery operation and familiarity with manufacturing processes. Attention to Detail : Ability to focus on tasks, detect flaws in products, and maintain accuracy in production processes. Key Attributes : Physical Stamina : Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and stand for extended periods.
