Telematics Validation & Automation Engineer - 2 to 3 years - Sr Z1

Job responsibilities:

• Testing & Automation for Telematics ECU Software using CAN, REST API and Business partner portals
• Come up with test cases from the requirement specification, create test plans & execution.
• Achieve automation for feasible test cases
• Create and maintain test bench setups
• Contribute to the existing practices with fresh thoughts to improve productivity

Job experience:

• ~2-5 years of overall experience in embedded systems validation
• Hands On Experience in Telematics domain with good understanding of Telematics Control Unit, Telematics use cases and how everything fits in the context of IoT
• Working knowledge of cloud & backend communications with Telematics Control unit.
• Experience in - shell scripting, python scripting
• Experience in working with Linux like environment
• Experience in Automotive domain, with exposure to in vehicle networks
• Experience in variety protocols from different layers - Serial protocols, CAN, TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT, Ethernet
• Having been a part of an agile team
• Good to have - experience in DevOps

Technical skills:

• CANOe & Vector Tools
• UDS , Automotive Ethernet , DoIP
• Python, Pytest, bash, windows batch scripting
• git, jira, gerrit, RTC
• Doors, DoorsNG
• Well acquainted with IDEs like Pycharm
• Practical knowledge on Computer Networks
• Security Concepts - Public key cryptography, Encryption
• Concepts in the web - HTTP, TLS
