Job Description
- Electrical validation of ECU for different environmental conditions Mechanical testing of ECU Check the sample availability as per Test protocol
- Intimation for test start timing to VE Arranging the Sample to appropriate chamber/shaker
- Physical inspection of the samples, take pretest photo and update check sheet before start of the test Mounting the samples as per Test protocol
- Pretest Measurement & Take Setup photos Coping the Photos to respective project folder Share Setup photos, PC, PS, Rack, Chamber contact, NI DAQ card, Data logger & Timer Update the chamber/shaker program
- Start the Program in chamber
- Fill the Equipment history sheet as well as the Equipment display board Remove the samples, physically verify the samples Inform VE about test completion Clean the chamber
- Lab comparison Support for AMC and NABL topics Support for 5S and Kanban activities at respective work location Test setup preparation in the respective test locations
