Ensure global unified way of working in cooperation within EDC and with other Business Areas
Act as support for global service and work process development jointly with Regions Global Account for own area
Effective sales support for Regions Global Account for own area
Manage global resourcing and long-term competence development of own team to ensure flexibility in resourcing and cost efficiency through external resourcing, competence sharing and development, availability and recruitments
Lead the target setting and performance in own organization and ensure career development plan through active participation in the performance management, succession planning for key roles, coaching mentoring
Act as main human resource and line management responsible within own team; team coaching and wellbeing
Lead the team in own area and in cooperation with other disciplines to successful execution of projects, in accordance with customer requirements, with right quality and on time
Act in operative role in customer projects
Follow-up of global status of agreed KPIs for own team, and maintain sufficient IL%
