Need to have 4+ years of relevant experience in Quality Management function, knowledge in continuous process Improvements.
Supervisory experience, training, coaching in quality management activities
Tailor the QMS procedures for project needs and define Project Defined Process
Ensure implementation of QMS and customer specific processes in projects
Should be closely working with the project teams to support problem solving, implementation of ISO 9001, 27001, TL 9000 procedures, Lean and Six Sigma practices
Conduct audits and resolution of deviations
Conduct process awareness trainings on various quality models
Analyze metrics and implement necessary actions
Prepare quality reports and create visibility of health of projects
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and conduct awareness sessions
Handle certification, re-certification and surveillance audits by external agencies
Provide process consultancy to project groups
Implement process transition and transformation activities
Support PMs in process activities like Planning, Reviews, Configuration Management, Defect management, Project Tracking & Quantitative Project Management
