We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Management Manager to oversee clients product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across various online marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). This role is integral to driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring that customers have a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multi-channel sales strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create, manage, and optimize product listings to improve visibility, rankings, and conversions across marketplaces.
2. Develop competitive pricing strategies, run promotional campaigns, and monitor competitor pricing to maximize revenue.
3. Track and analyze KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer feedback. Utilize insights to adjust strategies and meet sales goals.
4. Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and reviews on marketplace platforms.
5. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon Sponsored Ads and Flipkart Ads to drive traffic and increase product visibility.
6. Liaise with marketplace account managers and maintain a strong relationship to stay updated on new features, guidelines, and best practices.
7. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including product descriptions, titles, images, and keywords.
8. Conduct research on marketplace trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce
3. Proficiency in marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
4. Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or marketplace-specific analytics platforms
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
7. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
