Customer Relationships: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments. Use this information to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to align goals and strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile -
We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Sales team.
Possess good oral and written communication skills.
Should have expertise in Excel, power point presentations and email writing.
Prospective candidates must be smart, presentable with good communication skills, be selfdriven & motivated, good listener, learner & presenter.
Go & get it done ability.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline
updates. Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively.
Skill(s) required -
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite & email etiquette.
