Techie needed For managing helpdesk of US Process

Technical Experience:

Most importantly, someone with a technical mind and intelligence.

Windows OS standard troubleshooting skills.

We need a techy who is very comfortable with Windows and MS 365 cloud support. Either someone who has several years of experience or someone who is new but very tech savvy and learns quick.

Any knowledge of MS cloud technology is a positive, email account management, Sharepoint, Teams. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and a understanding in security concepts is a great additional value

Experience in managing and implementing IT projects.

Soft Skills

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical issues.

Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
