Siebel Specialist - CRM Solutions (5-8 yrs)

Location : Chennai & Bangalore.

Job Description :

- We are looking for a highly skilled Siebel CRM Specialist with expertise in configuration, deployment, and optimization of Siebel CRM solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Siebel CRM, particularly versions IP17 and IP19.x, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and a passion for driving impactful results across teams.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience in the industry).

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum Framework.

Experience Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Siebel CRM configuration, deployment, and performance fine-tuning.

- Proficient with Siebel IP17, IP19.x, and beyond.

- Extensive experience with Siebel performance tuning and optimization.

Technical Skills :

- In-depth understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture and Siebel Best Practices.

- Proven expertise in Siebel configuration across UI Layer, Business Object (BO) Layer, and Data Object Layer.

- Advanced knowledge of workflow and eScript.

- Skilled in configuring and integrating inbound and outbound web services, JMS configuration, and REST APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Siebel Open UI, including Presentation Model (PM) and Physical Renderer (PR).

- Proficiency in configuring Assignment Manager criteria and Workflow Load (WL) distribution.

- Familiarity with Siebel server management, handling server administration tasks effectively.

- Expertise in Siebel Marketing Campaigns, Lead Management, and Service Request modules.

- Proficiency in operating systems such as Linux and Windows.

- Experience in Java is highly desirable for custom development tasks.

Functional Skills :

- Strong knowledge of banking domains, particularly in campaign management.

- Experience in retail and corporate sectors, with a deep understanding of customer journeys and CRM strategies.

Soft Skills :
