Job Overview :

As a Junior Associate, the incumbent has to provide technical support to the client and resolve the issues. The person should be confident, self-motivated, willing to learn and possess good communication skills. S/he should be computer savvy and astounding research ss.

Duties & Responsibilities :

To facilitate with Team Leaders at all times.

To provide virtual assistance via any mode (chat, email, calling) to the clients as and when required.

To research on particular assignments given by the client.

To perform data analysis and data entry.

To perform cold calling.

To perform under least supervision

To research on various online assets to comprehend a customer need/programmings.

Minimum Requirements :

Computer Savvy (knowledge of MS office and google research skills)

Good Communication spoken and written skills.

Should be proactive and a team player.

Knowledge of Basic MS office and google research skills.
