Job Title: Odoo Developer (Part-Time | Contractual)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer on a part-time contractual basis to customize and enhance our Odoo ERP system based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo module development, customization, integration, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.
• Analyze business requirements and implement effective Odoo solutions.
• Modify existing workflows, fields, reports, and dashboards as per requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide training if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and the Odoo framework.
• Experience in Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module migrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo hosting (on-premise & cloud).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Odoo POS, eCommerce, and Website modules.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
