Job Overview :

As a Junior Associate, the incumbent has to provide technical support to the client and resolve the issues. The person should be confident, self-motivated, willing to learn and possess good communication skills. S/he should be computer savvy and astounding research ss.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• To facilitate with Team Leaders at all times.
• To provide virtual assistance via any mode (chat, email, calling) to the clients as and when required.
• To research on particular assignments given by the client.
• To perform data analysis and data entry.
• To perform cold calling.
• To perform under least supervision
• To research on various online assets to comprehend a customer need/programming.

Minimum Requirements :

• Computer Savvy (knowledge of MS office and google research skills)
• Good Communication spoken and written skills.
• Should be proactive and a team player.
• Knowledge of Basic MS office and google research skills.
