Technical Project Manager - PMP/Agile (8-13 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS, marketing, and product launch to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex technical projects, leveraging automation tools, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive successful launches. Familiarity with ClickUp, Go High Level, and AI tools is a must.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end project management for SaaS marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Create, manage, and optimize project plans using ClickUp to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align project goals, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Set up and manage workflows and automation using Go High Level and AI-based tools to streamline operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage contingencies, and adapt plans as necessary to overcome challenges.
• Drive cross-functional communication to align priorities, track progress, and resolve blockers.
• Report project status, milestones, and results to key stakeholders.

Key Deliverables :

• Create and manage a detailed project plan in ClickUp for the product launch.
• Set up and optimize marketing workflows in Go High Level.
• Integrate AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate teams to hit key milestones for a successful launch.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in SaaS, marketing, and product launch environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp (required).
• Strong working knowledge of Go High Level and the ability to configure and optimize workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in project automation and efficiency improvement.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with development and marketing teams.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Background in marketing or product development within a SaaS environment.
• Experience in launching and scaling SaaS products to market.
• Certification in Project Management (e. g., PMP, Agile, ScrumMaster) is a plus.
