Operations Manager Academic Operations

Academic Operations manager will be primarily responsible for conducting and delivering classes in a smooth manner. The KPIs for the Academic Ops Manager will be student satisfaction, student attendance, teacher productivity.

As an academic operations manager, your responsibilities will include

- Assign eligible students to batches

- Assign teacher to the class batches

- Informing students and teachers and class schedules

- Oversee and manage group of class representatives

- Oversee and manage group of teachers

- Hiring new teachers and class representatives

- Coordinate with the IT team on any application issues

- Coordinate with other operations and administration teams on student fee payment issues, sending of course material etc.

- Communication English and Malayalam must.

- At least 2 years of people management experience
