We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide detailed information about available real estate projects.
• Address queries related to property features, pricing, and locations.

1. Coordination with Sales Team:
   
• Schedule site visits for potential clients and provide accurate information to the sales team.
• Ensure smooth communication between leads and the sales team.
2. Database Management:
   
• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client information and feedback.
• Generate regular reports on lead status and pre-sales performance.
3. Market Research:
   
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
4. Customer Engagement:
   
• Build strong relationships with potential clients to increase trust and engagement.
• Assist in creating a positive first impression of the firm and its offerings.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software (MS Office, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in languages based on location, e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably marketing, sales, or real estate-related fields).
